KARATE – classes are led by Mr. Marek Ociesielski, www.seiken-dojo.com
Classes will be held on Mondays from 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM
Class price: $15.
Instructor – Sensei Ociesielski has been training Kyokushin Karate since 1985. He was a member of the Polish national Kyokushin Karate team, which he switched from to represent the USA in 2000. Since 2018, he has been the director of the World Organization I.K.O. Nakamura in the United States. He is a multiple champion of the USA, Europe, and Poland. A multiple World Championship medalist – silver medals in 2013 and 2014, he also won the World Championship on December 9, 2018, in Osaka, Japan.
At SEIKEN DOJO, under his guidance, members of the USA National Team, former and current Champions of the USA, Poland, and the World train. Karate can be practiced by everyone – regardless of age, as each person individually adapts to the exercises, without fear of fatigue or overtraining.
We are delighted that our preschoolers can train under the watchful eye of such a professional!!!
