The week at River Grove Children’s Island was a culinary adventure. The final joint ‘cooking’ session took place in the rhythm room, where we prepared small treats together. Ms. Joanna, a well-known culinary blogger 😂😂😂, created ‘MINI PAVLOVA’ for all groups, based on a cream of whipped cream and mascarpone cheese, fruits, and mini meringues, which was the cherry on top of the well-known and beloved dessert. The second station was ‘Ms. Benia’s Triangles’ – children had the opportunity to learn the exact recipe for delicious homemade waffles, sprinkled with a little powdered sugar, which the children love. At the last station, Mr. Piotr and Ms. Basia prepared the ‘MEGA SANDWICH’ – a preschool hit, which this time was enhanced with the words – SUPER MEGA – meaning crackers spread with cream cheese, accompanied by green cucumber. There were many second helpings, which indicates the quality and taste of the snacks offered! The holiday culinary frenzy was enjoyed by all the children. We plan to expand our menu… See you!!!!
